Back in May, we took a huge step forward by expanding into the neighbouring unit to create our brand-new Children’s and Teen department. The response so far has been amazing – thank you to everyone who has popped in to explore the new space.
Now it’s time for the next stage in our transformation: the long-awaited knock-through to connect the two spaces internally! This means that very soon, you’ll be able to wander seamlessly between the main shop and the Children’s & Teen department, creating a brighter, more spacious, and altogether more bookish experience.
What this means for you
From Monday 15 to Tuesday 23 September (inclusive), there will be some temporary changes while the builders are at work. The shop will remain open throughout this time, but browsing will be limited during this period.
Don’t worry – you won’t be without books! Our friendly team will be based at the entrance to the original shop (next to Windsor Arcade) and will be ready to help with everything you need, including:
